Canary Islands
The Canary Islands have been a popular holiday destination since they were first opened up to tourism in the 1960s but the diving in the islands has become steadily more popular in recent years.
There is year round diving as the water temperature varies between 18°C (February) and 26°C (August) and the islands are served by numerous flights from national as well as regional airports.
